Groceries

Savings at Specific Grocery Stores

Below I have named and linked some stores that have grocery flyers. They have great deals and savings in them and are often posted weekly. All you have to do to add products to your online cart is click on them.

Tip: When looking at flyers online, have a shopping list ready. Once an item is found, add it to your cart and cross it off the list. This makes finding deals for the products you need so much easier! Purchasing groceries online also saves you the time of finding products in-store (as a university student myself, I know that grocery shopping can take a lot of time, especially if you can't find something). Choose to pick them up (already found) at your convenience!

Apps and Websites

Besides saving at individual stores, there are also apps and websites specifically designed to help you save on groceries.

Flipp

Flipp allows you to find hundreds of flyers from stores in your area. They also store loyalty points, offer coupons, and let you make shopping lists.

Flashfood

Flashfood is a great way to get lower-priced food while helping the environment. Restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, and delis throw away disturbing amounts of perfectly good food per day. Where does that food go? Landfills. By using the Flashfood app, you get delicious food for up to 50% off that would otherwise be thrown away because it is nearing its sell-by date.

Reebee

Reebee allows you to look through local grocery flyers and redeem them when shopping.

PC Optimum Insiders

You might already have a PC Optimum card that you use to earn points for free items (groceries included). By subscribing to PC Optimum Insiders, you are able to earn more points. The subscription gives you 10 percent back in Optimum points on all house-brand PC products at stores owned by Loblaws.

The SOS Cuisine PLUS plan subscription includes a grocery flyers wizard, recipe deals finder, grocery price checker, and allows you to make shopping lists.
